El Paso Health (EPH), a Medicaid Managed Care Organization, will be accepting applications from 01/16/2026 to 02/03/2026 for participation as Medical Service or Long-Term Services and supports (LTSS) Providers in our Network. Applicant must meet EPH's credentialing criteria and standards for acceptance.
