Provider Enrollment & Demographic Updates
Enrolling in Texas Medicaid is required before joining other state health-care programs. As a provider, you have the opportunity to improve the health and well-being of Texans in your community.
Please keep your enrollment and demographic information up to date with TMHP (Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership). TMHP is HHSC’s enrollment administrator and is the official source for all provider enrollment and demographic data. Once you update your information with TMHP, your data will be shared with the MCOs.
